What is a Calabash Partner?
A Calabash Partner is a company, organization or individual who creates content, uploads it to the Calabash Platform and receives revenue through our sales program.
What kind of content do Calabash Partners create?
As an online, accredited learning platform for healthcare professionals, Calabash provides content to users in the form of video lectures. Each talk consists of a video, and may optionally include a quiz. All of our talks are accredited by a professional body (such as the HPCSA in South Africa), and users who complete a talk receive CEU points and a certificate of completion.
What do Partners earn?
As an approved Calabash Partner, you will earn a revenue split for every talk sold. This revenue split may vary according to the agreement reached with Calabash, but partners earn the majority share of the revenue.
How are Partners paid?
Partners are paid out to a nominated bank account on a monthly schedule for all talks that are sold through the Calabash platform. Further information is available through the application process.
What benefits do Partners receive?
As an international, respected platform for healthcare professionals, Calabash offers our Partners a means to reach a wide audience and generate revenue passively. We advertise our platform, and reach tens of thousands of users in a number of countries, providing them with an easily accessible way to earn the CEU points at their leisure. As a Partner, you only need to manage your content to generate revenue.
How do Partners manage their content?
When signing up as a Calabash Partner, you gain access to a partner dashboard that allows you to upload new talks, manage your existing ones, and easily view your sales and revenue.
What responsibilities to Partners have?
A Partner is responsible for the creation and management of their content. We provide some guidance in order to ensure that our quality standards are met, but the responsibility of creating videos, quizzes, and accrediting talks falls with the Partner.
What does the Partner application process involve?
First, you should create a profile by signing up to Calabash. Once you have done this, you will be able to apply to become a Partner through your profile. Information such as your company or personal details will be required, and you will need to upload at least one talk. We will review your application, along with your talk, and communicate with you where necessary to complete it. Once your profile is approved, and a legal agreement is signed, your talks will become available for purchase.
